Large 53m2, comfortable, sunny apartment with open fire, TV and large dining area with fantastic balcony overlooking the Mont Blanc. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, a double room with access to balcony, a twin room with private balcony and a bunk room (does not have a window), Comfortable seating for 8 and the sofa bed will make a double bed for 2. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer and a full sized fridge/freezer.
The apartment is in a very calm and beautiful area of Chamonix, next to the Gaillands climbing wall and lake. The Chamonix bus-stop is within 100 meters of the apartment which will take you to any of the ski areas in the Chamonix valley and is free with your lift pass. It will take 15-20 minutes to walk into Chamonix centre. There is a hotel bar and restaurant close-by.
The apartment has private off-road parking and a ski locker in the basement.
